Call us on 1300 838 008 and tell us it is stopping work. Anything affecting the business is prioritised ahead of routine requests, and we stay on it until it is resolved.

Yes, where the work needs someone in the room. Most day-to-day issues are resolved remotely because it is faster, but hardware, cabling, new sites and project work are done onsite.

Yes. We handle licensing, users, security settings, email, Teams, SharePoint and OneDrive, and we make sure the capability you already pay for is actually switched on.

Yes. Security is built into how we manage an environment, covering multi-factor authentication, endpoint protection, email security, patching and tested backups, along with reviews of where your risk sits.

Yes. Internet services, networks, Wi-Fi and business phone systems including 3CX are all part of what we look after, managed alongside your IT rather than as a separate supplier.

Yes. We plan and coordinate the technology side of a move, fitout or new site, from connectivity lead times and cabling through to networks, phones, meeting rooms and handover.

For most businesses, the transition is straightforward and much of the work happens in the background. We handle access and documentation handover, install monitoring and security tooling, confirm account and admin access, and review the environment before responsibility moves across in a planned way. Your staff continue working as normal. If something genuinely needs downtime or user involvement, we plan it separately rather than making the whole changeover disruptive.

Yes. Most of our relationships start this way. We work through the transition in an orderly, planned manner so responsibility moves across without unnecessary disruption.

What does onboarding involve?

We document your environment, set up access and monitoring, address anything obviously at risk, and agree what needs attention first. From there you have one team and one number for the whole environment.

Managed services are usually an agreed monthly cost based on your users, sites and what you want us to look after. Projects are quoted separately. Whatever the shape, inclusions and pricing are confirmed in writing before we start.
