Mission helps businesses simplify and strengthen their technology by bringing managed IT, cybersecurity, Microsoft 365 and cloud, connectivity and communications, print, displays and audio visual, and technology projects together under one team. We are based in Milton, Brisbane, and support businesses and sites across Australia.

Matthew leads Mission with a focus on making business technology simpler and service-led. He works closely with the team and with clients so technology decisions solve business problems, and so service stays personal as the business grows.

Service Delivery Manager
Daniel leads service delivery at Mission, overseeing the day-to-day support operation and making sure issues are owned through to resolution. His focus is consistent service, clear communication and keeping our technical team running effectively.
Luke Ellis
GM Sales
Luke leads sales and client relationships at Mission. He works with businesses to understand what they need, scope the right technology and keep the commercial side clear from the outset.
Wayne Carr
Administration & Accounts
Wayne looks after administration and accounts at Mission, including client billing and day-to-day administrative support.
